Write to us — and check us before you trust us
One page for everything you would otherwise have to ask for: how to reach the export desk, the certificates with their numbers and dates, a verification route you can walk without talking to us, and the legal text.
Route your enquiry
Who owns the question, and what comes back
Four routes, four owners, four first replies. The times are ours, published here rather than promised on the phone.
Quotation
Owner: the export desk. First reply within one working day with a reference range, the trade term, the MOQ for your construction and the sample lead time. After that: a proforma invoice against your confirmed specification.
How a quote is builtSample and proto
Owner: the floor, scheduled by the export desk. Sampling is charged per style and the fee is quoted with your quotation; you cover the courier freight. Samples are typically knitted in 3–5 days after the brief and the artwork are confirmed.

Owner: the export desk, holding the audit files. First reply within one working day with either the file or a confirmed slot in your time zone; the camera goes where you point it.
Open the audit filesClaim or complaint
Owner: whoever owns your order. Acknowledged within one working day; where the case needs an inspection, a remake or a costing, the decision on what we do about it follows within 10 working days, with the check sheets and inspection findings for your run.
How to verify usOne mailbox, one log, four tags. If a route is not the right one, the reply tells you which desk it moved to rather than making you start again.
Three checks you can run before you write
Every supplier says they are the factory. We would rather hand you the tools than ask you to believe us: each of these can be checked from published pages and public registers first, without our cooperation.
The customs records
US customs bills of lading are public. ImportYeti indexes them; search the shipping name our goods move under and see whether shipments come back. If nothing comes back, that is not automatically a red flag — plenty of exporters ship under a freight forwarder's name, so ask us which name our shipments move under before you draw a conclusion.
Open ImportYetiThe two entities
QS Knitting Co.,Ltd contracts and exports; Zhuji Qingsheng Knitting Co.,Ltd. runs the floor and holds the audits. Ask for both names on a proforma invoice before you pay a deposit. Main export markets: North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Eastern Asia.
See the certificatesThe floor, live
Route 03 on this page books the walkthrough. Ask for a slot the floor was not told about in advance, pick a time, and record the call. The export desk address is Baoshan District, Shanghai; the factory is at No. 79 Jiangbei Road, Datang Sub-district, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, China — the sock-producing district itself.
Book route 03None of this proves the socks you receive will match your sample. Only a sample approval, a factory visit, a live video walkthrough, or a third-party inspection does that. This page exists to settle the first question, so the interesting conversation can start. For the full vetting checklist see how to vet a socks supplier.
The floor, in numbers
Owned building in Datang, Zhuji — knitting, toe linking, boarding, inspection and packing run on one floor.
As of Oct 26, 2026: 4 production lines · 5,000–10,000 m² · 51–100 employees · 20,000,000 pieces a year of annual capacity.
Third-party audits: amfori BSCI social audit (LRQA, valid until 14 Aug 2027) · SEDEX SMETA 4-Pillar (audited 12–13 Aug 2026).
