Privacy notice
We use your email and your brief only to answer this enquiry and quote against it (legal basis: steps toward a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Enquiry data is kept for up to one year, then deleted. Enquiries are received and handled in China.
Who we are. This site is operated by the Sock Wholesalers export desk for a knitting factory in Zhuji, Zhejiang, China.
QS Knitting Co.,Ltd, Baoshan District, Shanghai, China (phone +86-13761030160), is the export and contracting entity; Zhuji Qingsheng Knitting Co.,Ltd. is the factory entity. The contracting entity is named on your quotation and proforma invoice.
What we collect. Only what you type into the enquiry form above: your name, company, work email, country or market, your message, and the page you sent the form from. When the form sits on a product page, it also carries that page's product name, model and category, taken from the page's own attributes rather than typed by you.
We also run Google Analytics 4, but only if you accept it in the consent banner; we do not profile visitors, and there are no advertising pixels, chat widgets or other third-party scripts.
Why we collect it. Solely to answer your enquiry, quote against your specification, and communicate about your order. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send marketing email.
How long we keep it. Enquiry data is retained for up to one year, then deleted, unless an order relationship requires us to keep records longer for contract and export-documentation purposes.
Who sees it. The export desk staff who answer you. We do not sell or share enquiry data with third parties for their own use.
WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp instead of using the form, that message is carried and stored by WhatsApp LLC, a Meta company, under its own privacy policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy (retrieved October 25, 2026), and we then keep only the copy you send us, for the same one-year period as the form.
Your rights. You may ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the enquiry data you sent, by writing to the email address above.
We answer every rights request within one month of receiving it. If you are in the EU/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Accessibility feedback: sales@sockwholesalers.com — tell us if any page here is hard to read, hard to reach by keyboard, or blocked for a screen reader, and we fix it. No order or account is needed to report a barrier.
International transfer. Your enquiry is received and handled in China. Where our reply requires it, delivery of samples and documents involves logistics providers strictly as processors for your shipment.
