Your wholesale sock quote: send one brief. Get a costing back.
Tell us what you sell and roughly how much you need. You will get a reference range, the trade term it is quoted on, and the sample lead time, not a catalog PDF.
Two fields start it: your work email and a line about what you need. Everything else is optional, and the reply comes back within one working day.
| Route | What you get | Who it suits | Minimum | Time | Price | Trade terms | Next step |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sample | A physical sample to approve before you commit to bulk. | For e-commerce sellers and first-time buyers testing a style before committing. | One sample per style | Typically 3–5 days after you confirm the brief and artwork | Sampling is charged per style; the sampling fee is credited against your first bulk order; you cover the courier freight | Quoted with your costing | Request a sample → |
| First bulk orderMost popular for a first order | A production run in your own branding, to the sample you approved. | For importers and brands launching a confirmed style at MOQ 1,000. | MOQ 1,000 pairs per style | Typically 20–30 days after deposit and sample approval | Reference range in the costing reply; volume terms confirmed on your quotation | EXW, FOB, DDP or DAP (Incoterms® 2020) | Request a quote → |
| Repeat orders | The same style again, from the specification we locked together. | For regional wholesalers on steady-state replenishment, same spec re-run. | 1,000 pairs per style, same style | Confirmed per reorder on your proforma invoice | Reference range in the costing reply; volume terms confirmed on your quotation | Restated on each proforma invoice | Start a reorder brief → |
1,000 pairs per style for bulk orders — a starting point for negotiation, not a fixed floor. Your quotation confirms it for your exact construction before you commit. Considering quantities under the minimum: the wholesale terms page writes out how we handle lower quantities.
We will ask you questions before we quote
You have a working heuristic: a supplier who answers a complicated specification with an instant yes is probably passing the work to someone else. We would rather look slower and be the factory.
- 01Needle count and the machine you are being quoted on
- 02Yarn composition and the count of the cotton you want — which yarn fits your line: the materials FAQ
- 03Weight per pair, and whether that is finished weight or packed weight
- 04Color count and whether you need a Pantone match
- 05Size breakdown, and the size chart you sell against
- 06Rib cuff height and whether the sock has to hold up on its own
- 07The currency you want the quotation in
- 08Your target quantity, measured against our 1,000 pairs per style MOQ
What that tells you about us
These are not box-ticking questions. Each one changes the price, the machine the order runs on, or the sample you get. If we skipped them we would be guessing, and a guess is what produces a bulk order that does not match the sample.

Lead times above are typical figures for planning, rather than terms of sale. The binding lead time is the one stated on your proforma invoice.
Trade terms are kept in one place: wholesale terms carries the Incoterms we quote on (EXW, FOB, DDP or DAP, Incoterms® 2020), how US-bound and EU-bound orders are treated, what a quantity below the minimum does, and how a quotation stands against the proforma invoice.
If a bulk run misses the sample, the window and who carries the cost are on the returns page.
What happens after you press send
Sending the form takes you straight to the confirmation page; the steps below are what happens on our side afterwards.
We read it, then ask only what is missing
If your brief is complete you get a number within one working day. If it is not, you get a short list of questions instead of a brochure.
You get a range and the term it sits on
A reference band, the trade term, the MOQ and the sample lead time, in one reply so you can compare us against your current supplier.
You see the floor before you commit
Book a video call and we walk the line that would make your order. Watch it, record it, send it to your team.
From brief to carton
Stages, and who owns each one. Times are confirmed per style on the quotation rather than invented here.
01 · Brief
YouSend the end use, the material you have in mind, the quantity and the market you sell into. A photo of a sock you already sell is enough to start a costing.

05 · Inspection

On account-change fraud
We will never change bank details in the middle of an order. If you receive such a message, treat it as fraudulent until proven otherwise: verify by a second channel you already have — the number and address on this site — never by replying to the email that asked for the change.
