Hospital socks supplier in China: tread sole, non-binding cuff
A hospital or clinic sock is bought in bulk and replaced often. What defines it is a tread on the sole and a cuff that leaves no mark on the leg.
The construction is a low-cut or mid-length sock with a tread on the sole and a soft cuff that does not bind.

What a hospital sock is
The tread decides the order first, the cuff second, and the color and packing follow the tender.
Tread
The tread is the decision that defines the product. Silicone dots, a silicone strip and a knitted grip structure all run on socks we make; the pattern, the coverage and where it sits are approved on the sample.
Cuff
The cuff is the second decision. A rib knitted with less elastane holds the sock on without pressing on the leg, and the tension is set on the sample against the size band you use: a loose cuff comes off, a tight one leaves a mark.
Color
Institutional colors are usually white, gray or a ward color. Matching across shipments is done from the dyed batch you approve, and the batch is kept on file so a repeat order starts from the same reference.
Medical claim
These are supplied as socks, not as medical devices, and we make no therapeutic claim for them. If your tender names a test or a label, put it in the brief and the reply states whether it can be met.

Yarn, tread pattern and size band are set on the specification sheet for each order rather than carried on a stock list.

This is a tender-built sock rather than a catalogue line: there is no hospital style sitting on our published list to point you at, and that is the ordinary case in this category. Yarn, tread and size band are written on the specification sheet against the line you put out. The MOQ and the timings above are our standing terms, and they apply to a hospital order the same way they apply to a listed style.
What buyers ask about this style
Is the tread printed or knitted?
Both routes exist and they fail differently. A silicone print sits on the sole and wears at the edges; a knitted grip is part of the sole structure and lasts longer. Your tender or your sample decides, and we quote the route you name.
Can you meet a tender specification?
Send the specification and the answer says yes or no per line, before any sample is charged. Where a named test cannot be met on our floor we say so in the reply rather than after the deposit has moved.
Do you make a medical claim for these socks?
No. They are supplied as socks for institutional use, and nothing on this page or on the quotation is a therapeutic claim. Whatever the label has to say is set by the market you sell into, not by us, and we say that in writing.
How does a repeat order match the first?
From the dyed batch kept on file and the approved sample signed on both sides. A repeat order starts from those two references, which is why the batch reference is written on the specification sheet that travels with the order.
Send the tender line, get a yes or no
Give us the tread, the cuff and the size band, and the tender line if there is one. We reply within one working day.
