Customer document desk

The five documents our cooperating customers reach for most, gathered in one place — certificate of origin, quality and inspection report, certificate scans, packing list template and specification sheet. This area is for customers already working with us: buyers with an order number or a proforma invoice in hand.

This page is the formal entry to the area: it is the desk itself, the files that are posted, and the version rule that governs them. The client documents page is the request list for the same five files — what each one is for, and what to have ready before you ask. Start there if you do not yet know which file you need; come back here for the file itself.

The five documents in this area

Certificate of origin Ask and we send (issued per shipment)
Quality / inspection report Ask and we send (current report: 12–13 Aug 2026)
Certificate scans (BSCI / SEDEX) BSCI 2026 (PDF) · SEDEX 2026 (PDF) (currently valid versions)
Packing list template Ask and we send (current template, v2026-10)
Specification sheet Per-style spec sheets are quoted into your PI; ask for the current one

Version list: certificate scans = the two PDFs above (posted 2026-10-12); certificate of origin, inspection report copies and packing list template move to direct links the day a currently-valid file is in hand.

What each one is for, and what to have ready when you ask, is set out on the client documents page. The certificate numbers, holders and dates behind the scans sit on the certificate table, and the report files stay readable as text there rather than only as attachments. The same five files and the same version list sit on the document card on the contact page; this page is where that area is written out at length.

Who this area is for, and how access works

These files are for importers, brands and regional wholesalers who already have an order running with us, or a proforma invoice issued against a confirmed specification. Access control follows the hosting approach this site already uses — the same addresses, the same export desk channel; there is no second place to look and nothing to ask us to switch on.

If your own procurement process expects a document to arrive under a particular control — named against your order number, for instance — say so in the request and the desk handles it that way. Write to sales@sockwholesalers.com and you get a first reply within one working day.

Only the current valid version is posted

A certificate that has been superseded, or a packing list template from an earlier printing, is never left standing here for you to download by mistake. Only the currently valid version is ever posted, and where a file is sent on request rather than linked, we confirm which version applies to your PI when we send it.

That is also why the posting list above is short: a slot moves from the desk channel to a direct link on the day a currently-valid file is in hand, and not before.

The certificate scans posted here are the ones printed on the documents themselves, with dates shown exactly as printed — see the full certificate table for the numbers, holders and audit dates. Superseded copies are not kept on this site.

Where this area lives

  • Client documents — the same five files written as a request list: what each one is for and what to have ready.
  • Documents portal — the entry point: which route to use, and what sits outside this area.

A bulk run that does not match the sample you approved is not a document question: that is handled on the returns and after-sales page, and the desk channel is the same one.
