Socks for Germany
Germany is not named on this site, but the term Western Europe is, and an order to Germany sits inside that term. What follows is the part that is genuinely specific — the clock a German order runs on and the sizing it is knitted to — followed by the part that would be invention.
The clock starts on this floor. A German buyer usually asks the same first question as a Dutch or Italian one: what date can the goods be on my dock. That answer is built from four published windows, and none of them is shortened by the destination.
Four things a German order is knitted against
Sizing, colour booking, case pack and the two audits. Each is published, and each is what a German retail or pharmacy buyer will ask about before a first order.
What this page will not claim about Germany
Germany is inside a term we publish and outside everything else we publish. The distinction matters, so it gets its own block rather than a footnote.
Inside our market term
Our published market list names Western Europe. Germany sits inside that term, which is the only reason a German order is describable as a market we serve.
The clock is published, and it is short
Costing back within one working day, sampling 3–5 days after brief and artwork, bulk 20–30 days after deposit and an approved sample. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8).
No German-language version of this site
This site is published in English. There is no German edition, no German-language documents and no German-speaking desk. That is a real limit for a German buyer and it is stated rather than glossed.
What we do not have
No German entity, no German warehouse, no named German customers and no German certification held in addition to the two audits. If your file needs a German reference, we cannot supply one.
The order clock, stage by stage
Four windows, all published, all counted from a different starting point. Most date slippage on a German order comes from confusing which one has started.
| Stage | The published window | When the clock starts | Where it is published |
|---|---|---|---|
| Costing | Within one working day | A usable brief: style, quantity, market | Quote |
| Sample | Typically 3–5 days | Brief and artwork both confirmed | Sample policy |
| Bulk | Typically 20–30 days | Deposit received and sample approved | Wholesale terms |
| Transit | 25–40 days sea, 5–10 air, 3–7 express | The shipment leaving, on the term you booked | Shipping volume |
| Claim | 30 days from arrival | The goods landing | Returns and after-sales |

Send the band you sell and the date you need
German sizing is a centimetre band question, not a letter-size question. Send the band your range uses and the date the goods have to be on your dock, and the reply can say which of the four windows governs your calendar.

- 1,000 pairs per styleThe bulk minimum, counted per style rather than on the order total.
