Socks for the UK
The United Kingdom does not appear in our published market list, and no page on this site makes a UK-specific claim. Rather than dress that up, this page sets out exactly what an order to the UK runs on and then names the gap, so you can decide what to verify.
Cartons ready to leave, in Zhuji. A UK order leaves this building exactly like any other: on a term you pick, with an invoice and a packing list. Nothing on this site adds a UK-specific step, and nothing here pretends to.
Four decisions a UK order runs on
All four are published, none of them is UK-specific, and each is the one that actually moves the price or the date.
The gap, stated plainly
This is the section most supplier pages do not have. All four of these are absences in our published material, not accidents of wording.
The UK is not in our market list
Our published list is North America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Eastern Asia. The United Kingdom is not named in it. An order can still be quoted to the UK; what does not exist is a published claim that the UK is a market we serve at scale.
The data-protection line does not cover the UK
Our privacy notice publishes a route for EU/EEA residents to complain to a national authority. The UK is neither EU nor EEA, so that sentence does not describe a UK buyer and we do not stretch it to.
No UK entity, no UK stock
There is no UK company on any of our documents and no consignment stock in the UK. Goods ship from Zhuji under the term on your quotation.
What we will not invent
No UK customer names, no UK warehouse, no share of the UK sock market, and no claim about UK duties. If a figure like that is what your file needs, it has to come from your broker or your own research.
What a UK order actually runs on
Four published terms, one document set, one claim window. This is the whole of what we can put behind a UK enquiry, and it is the same set a European or North American order runs on.
| Stage | What we publish | What decides it | Where it is published |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | No price list; a reference range in the costing reply | Specification, colour count, quantity | Quote |
| Trade term | EXW, FOB, DDP or DAP, Incoterms® 2020 | Which costs and steps sit on which side | Wholesale terms |
| Duty | The duty treatment is confirmed on your quotation | DDP carries duty paid; DAP leaves it to clear | Glossary |
| Documents | Invoice and packing list, plus a certificate of origin where required | The destination’s entry requirements | Document desk |
| Claims | In writing within 30 days of the goods arriving | The batch staying identifiable at your end | Returns and after-sales |

Tell us the term you book on
If your finance team books DAP, say so in the brief. The term decides what sits inside the price and what your broker clears, and it is the one variable on a UK order we can settle definitively in the first reply.
